SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Soggy Bottom of the South Boutique. We are a small boutique, and every order is prepared with care.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow approximately 5-8 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Many of our original graphic tees and sweatshirts are printed in-house in small batches, so these items may require production time before they are ready to ship. Boutique clothing that is already prepared may ship sooner.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During new releases, sales, holidays, or unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 for orders under $150.

Orders of $150 or more receive FREE standard shipping within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery time begins after your order has been prepared and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of Soggy Bottom of the South Boutique.

LOCAL PICKUP

FREE local pickup is available at our boutique location.

Local pickup orders are generally ready within 2–4 days. Some graphic items are printed in-house and may require additional preparation time.

Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before coming to the boutique. The estimated preparation time does not mean your order is ready until that notification has been sent.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

LOST, DELAYED OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and transit times. If tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery problem, please contact us and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Soggy Bottom of the South Boutique promptly and include photographs of the packaging and damaged merchandise so we can assist you.
